Customers are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their service within 30 days of purchase. To cancel after the 30-day period, customers must send a cancellation request via email to jake@2jakes.com. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
An onboarding call will be scheduled within 48 hours of completed checkout. Customers will receive confirmation of their scheduled onboarding call via email. If a customer needs to reschedule their onboarding call, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice.
